Wonderful place, it has very welcoming staff from the manager of the hotel. It boasts gorgeous, fab location close to the Gallo-Roman Museum, Old Lyon and recommending restaurants. There's La Nef Des Fous located a short walk to the property, recommend to try food there.

I stayed at a hotel in the beautiful old part of the city. The location was fantastic, with incredible views of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to transport me personally when there were no taxis available. The amenities like the pool and hot tub were a nice touch.

The service at the hotel was a letdown. Despite my complaint about a swarm of wasps, nothing was done about it.

I had such a wonderful stay at a hotel in Lyon that I can highly recommend. From the moment I arrived, I was met with outstanding service and a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They even upgraded my room to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The breathtaking views of the city from my room were absolutely stunning. I could have spent hours just gazing out at the beautiful scenery.
